About the Owners

Terry and Russ raised their family while operating their business in Alberta, but took every opportunity to visit the West Coast with a dream of one day living on Vancouver Island.

Always looking, Terry found this 5.54 acre, 1500+ feet of waterfront property for sale online, which they purchased in 2001 from a family owned it since it was deeded from the crown 118 years prior.

They chose to name it “Pearl Point”; after Russ‘s mother Pearl, for its Pearl producing oysters on the beach, and because this property is truly a unique Gem. 

Russ & Terry have enjoyed stunning natural, historical and cultural beauty of many places around the world and are ever grateful for the ability to call one of the most beautiful places they’ve seen, home. They look forward to sharing this piece of paradise with you!
