The beach house exceeded our expectations, it is absolutely beautiful. We had great fun clamming and beach combing. The oysters were delicious and the fresh shrimp you shared were some of the best we've tasted. Thank's!! This place has definitely left an impression on us and I know we'll be back again.

Over the years we have stayed and enjoyed holidays on waterfront properties from the Gold Coast of Australia to Koh Samui, Thailand and Ucluelet, BC to name a few, however, this Beach House has far surpassed any of those properties.
The clear air, tranquility, and all around views will take some beating and the house and well thought of amenities and space is excellent.
I do not think I have been so much at peace on holiday before.
Hopefully we will return one day and stay longer.

We have loved every minute of our 5 days here!
This has been the best equipped cottage we have stayed at. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed the canoes and collecting shells from the beach. The eagle experience was amazing and the local oysters were very tastey.
We also took a whale watching trip from Campbell Bay with Discovery Safari and saw orcas, sea lions, dolphins, and porpoises! Worth the trip!
We are sad to be leaving and wished we had more time to stay here. Hope to be back one day…

Thank you for an amazing stay at Pearl Point. My husband and I had a wonderful 7th wedding anniversary vacation. Everything here was so perfect – it was just like staying in our own home. Vancouver Island will always hold a special place in our hearts!

As always, a wonderful stay! The air is fresh and rejuvenating; the seals are entertaining to watch. One of the best things is waking up to hear the eagles “singing”! This was our 3rd stay at Pearl Point and it is always hard to leave such a beautiful place.

Enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful and relaxing home. Kept the blinds up as the view was so spectacular we didn't want to miss it. Watching the tide fluctuations, the oyster feed, the tremendous boat ride, the quiet, and the comfortable beds made our stay one we will always remember.

We are so happy to have squeezed in a family vacation before the back to school rush! Your beach house was perfect for all our needs!!! We loved beachcombing, playing yard games, watching for the seals,  enjoying a nice glass of wine around the campfire in the evening… such a beauty to take in! Thank you for providing all that we could need to have an enjoyable, peaceful, and relaxing holiday! Thank you to Barb as well for your special attentions! We had a fabulous time and hope to come again!

This was a lovely way to spend five days. We loved everything about the house and location of the property. We had fog, sun, torrential rains, and loved every minute of it. Peaceful views are so relaxing and coming where there is extra of everything was also a treat – towels, dishes, etc – everything had been thought out carefully. We will be sure to recommend you and to return ourselves. Thank you so much! I used to own an art studio and framing store so I enjoyed your personal pieces, Terry. They are really really well done!

Westjet and our family need to get together more often so we can come back and enjoy “paradise”. I love Ontario but this piece of heaven in BC has captured my heart and awakened my spirit. Your cottage home is warm and welcoming. Your kindness is one of a kind. Sharing your history of the property, trees and your eagles will have me back again. Spectacular view, scenery, and wildlife. Breathtaking, from the minute you get to the beach house you are in awe of the property. From waking up in the morning, to the anticipation of low tide to see what treasures await on our daily explorations. Barb, your hostess, was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Thank you for allowing us the view of what truly is the beauty of the beach house.

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful house by the sea! It was everything we thought it would be and more! Also equipped out very well, everything thought of very carefully in what most people on holiday would probably forget (in our case did!) This house is fantastic, very well maintained and has all the amenities you could need. Everything down to the linens on the beds was well thought of. Of course the amazing view is the star of the property. There is a convenience store and a fresh fish market 2 minutes down the road and there is a town will all the large box stores 20 minutes away which is handy. Would definitely stay at the house again!

We just came back from a relaxing week at the waterfront home and can't stop talking about our trip! The home was beautiful with everything you may need - a well equipped kitchen, towels, and even beach reads. The directions were accurate and we had no trouble with finding and accessing the beach home. Our only note was that the owners' home is in view of the property (fine with us!), but a note to anyone who may want more privacy. It was a great location for anyone who wants to explore Comox Valley and Denman Island - we even squeezed in a day trip to Tofino. There was wildlife everywhere with bald eagles on the property and we even had otters running around on the lawn! Terry would even call to give us a heads up on any ongoings on the property, which we greatly appreciated. The view from the house and hottub lets you comfortably enjoy the water, and we had a couple of lovely fireside evenings. Just a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Piece of Paradise. Gorgeous property, as advertised. Had everything we needed, very private and in such a beautiful setting. We will be back!

Amazing property! Highly recommend this property. Oceanfront location with 180 degree water views , even from the inside , and ever changing scenery through the massive windows. Very well equipped with everything travellers would require. Comfortable beds , quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. Being January, we particularly enjoyed the cozy wood fireplace most nights , the hot tub a couple of times ,and even the outdoor oceanfront fire pit one evening. We had an amazing memorable week. Paradise Found!! Words really can't describe the incredible experience that is Pearl Point Beach House. The view, the sounds (sea lions barking, eagles and birds chirping) and the atmosphere are truly amazing. I brought my own kayak and was able to paddle all but a handful of days. We can't wait to come back. The house is a dream. Everything you need (sharp knives included)

Escape to Paradise. Perhaps like heaven? Beautiful views from every room! Guest info binder, maps, tourist activity brochures beside telephone. So clean didn’t have to re-clean anything! Every room well-equipped with good quality, functional amenities & appliances. BBQ Keurig & regular ground coffeemaker great to have. Had all equipment needed to cook hot breakfasts, prepare full dinner with serving platters & smoothies. Furniture was in great condition & perfect for our needs (family 5 Adults). Loft pullout sofabed was comfy, best views but no blinds on large picture windows so bring eye masks if you like to sleep in (both Upper Master bedroom & Loft sofabed). Desk & several tables made it easy to do remote “WFH” in a shared space. Wi-Fi very good (even from the outdoor patio table!). Portable cooler (& ice packs in freezer) for your day trip lunch/snacks. Hot tub! Muskoka chairs around a bonfire pit next to beach for s’mores! 4 Zero Gravity reclining beach chairs were so comfortable!! Supplies provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, scrub brush, tea/dish towels, hand soap, a large assortment of spices, a starter kit of Keurig coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, etc. Lots of games, etc. & great chess set, bean bag toss. Beach is rocky & shallow (as it is in most places on Vancouver island). Bring water shoes. Responsive hosts (Russ & his daughter Ashley): had issues w the Queen bed on main floor -has since replaced mattress. Location: great base for Comox Valley, Campbell River, Parksville. Car a necessity. 5-30min. easy drive to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, leisure activities. Denman/ Hornby Island ferry (1-1.5hrs each way), Fanny Bay Seafood Shop are 5min. away. Kingfisher resort (10min. away, waterfront, upscale gourmet dining all day), Locals, Martine’s Bistro (watervw from patio), Blackfin Pub (waterviews, min. age 19yrs+), 40 Knots Winery (wine tasting & fresh authentic French baguette, charcuterie board). Bottomline: we loved it here & look forward to returning soon!! Thanks to Russ & Ashley for checking in often, offering ideas, etc.
